I have been experiencing slow internet connection and several issues while gaming specially. My current ISP (Aussiebroadband)asked me to run some test but I'm unable to perform those since I don't have a proper computer or laptop (just a PS5). Need someone to troubleshoot the service and identify a potential solution.

Small business with a D-Link Router plus 5 x Netgear EAX12 100AUS Extenders (access points) across office space. Having ongoing issues with internet dropping out/not able to connect in certain areas (specific extenders) and employees having difficulty logging onto wifi (regular browser warnings pop-up stating internet connection either not secure despite WPA2 or & WPA3 security settings, or need to reconfigure extender settings). Have attempted multiple times to discuss directly with Netgear however service is poor (international personel) and cannot help online). Hi there, I need some help at my office in Surry Hills. There is a TV which I need some troubleshooting done on as it is flickering and clients can't connect. You will need to bring in your personal laptop with a HDMI connection (the HDMI cable is already in the TV) to see if you can connect to the TV. Minor troubleshooting like checking cables are connected and checking the network settings on the TV are correct. Hopefully it is a minor issue but if it can't be fixed I would need someone to pick up a new TV at JB hi-fi in Moore Park. I would arrange for Click and Collect for this. Then to take it back to the studio and to set-up and connect it. I also need three other TV's in the office to be double checked just to make sure they don't have any network connection issues. The rate quoted is to cover up to 2 hours any additional hours will be paid at $40 per hour extra. This task can be done anytime from now up until the end of the day tomorrow, Thursday 26th January. I've just built a new pc today and it keeps blackscreening whilst spinning the fans up to max rpm. I have to power cycle for it to come back online. Please help.

We need someone to help set up our new NBN and wireless printer and back up modem in a small office (5 people). We have a new fibre cable connected. Specifically we need connect our CPE to Port 1 Cisco ME1200 which was installed at RU 4 of our comms rack. We have the configuration details. We need to test the service using a CAT-6 cable.

We have problems sending emails and our internet is connected to the NBN but the signal goes in and out. We use Exetel as our server so multiple issues need resolving
