I am looking to understand the cost of doing this job- please quote on it as the price listed isn’t an indication as I am not sure what it’s worth. I am looking for 4 pieces to be done 1. We need two small jobs done in our garden. 1) Returf a patch of lawn which has died. The area is approximately 12m2. We HAVE NOT bought the turf or any other lawn prep materials. 2) Remove three established plants in our front garden. Dig out and discard. And replace with three lily pily plants. I have a patch of dirt 2.75m x 2.65m that I would like to have astroturf installed on. It’s not as simple as just laying it down so please only respond to the add if you are experienced or willing to do research beforehand. Note, there is a tree root in one corner that will need to be considered - not sure if that means removed or Astroturfed around at this stage - recommendations welcome. I have a small amount of turf coming to repair some holes/worn grass - it is a small amount - around 5m2, and I need help to dig up existing patch, put some adequate undersoil (I will source, but if you have some let me know), fertilise and lay new turf. I am waiting for turf to be delivered and then I am time limited so hence I need help to get it down. Turf needs to walked up about 10 outdoor steps - nothing too strenuous. Due date has changed - awaiting confirmation from turf supplier.

Location: Ashgrove LANDSCAPING at the back of house. Side access is slim (can view if you need): - Roughly 59sqm (3.5m x 6.5m + 6.5m x 5.5m) of area needed to be prepped for turf. top soil has been laid but gone hard, so needs to be re prepped ready for turf. - A few murraya bushes to be trimmed back and off cuts taken with you. If possible, to be completed on Friday 17th Sept, as turf being delivered on Sat 18th.

I am in the process of sub-dividing my property. As part of that I need to re-turf the verge outside the property. It has been a bit chewed up with the demolition and installation of a new driveway. The area is 85m2. I am not after a masterpiece because it is likely to get torn up when the building works start early next year but it will need to be passable.

Require rear and side of house to be filled, levelled and turfed. Will require large amount of fill prior to top soil for turf.
