Hi We have 2 small patches in our yard that we want to replace with a low maintenance option. See current photos attached. We were thinking artificial grass but happy to consider suggestions. Please quote an all inclusive price - inclusive of Material, labor and any fees. We need a cost effective option as we we looking at demolition and re-build in the next 12-18 months. The task will include: surface preparation, leveling of surface, add base material, placing of weed barrier Installing good quality turf, secure the turf to the ground, around edges and seams making the area look neat. Would like to work with someone who has done these kind of jobs before and can show similar work done in the past. This task can be completed across, weekday/ weekends and after hours. Hello. We're having trouble growing our lawn this summer. Despite lots of water, weed & feed, aeration and sun, there are a lot of bald patches, mixed grasses and weeds growing. We require labour only for preparing around a 55-60sqm area for laying turf. We intend to lay the turf ourselves and only need labour as part of this task - to prepare the site for us to then lay the turf. The site itself is pretty flat and the existing soil is compacted and will require airation, preparation (thin layer of top soil, fertiliser/wetting agent, removal of any old grass/debris) to enable us to lay the turf. We will provide materials i.e. any top soil, fertiliser/wetting agent, so your quote should only be for labour. We need someone with experience and the right equipment to prepare the site (probably 1-2 days work). We intend to arrange a skip to remove any remaining debris, old grass (there is not much of it remaining after a new build), large rocks, small amount of building waste. We will remove any building waste from the site prior to the task - so all you will need to place in the skip is any old grass or debris from site preparation. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 15 November 2023
