50square metres of dirt needs to be prepared to lay real turf

I need 14 square meters of Sir Walter turf removed and replaced with Zoyzia Empire turf. The person will need to dispose of the existing turf and SUPPLY AND INSTALL the Zoyzia ($13.40 per square meters from Nuway at Chandler). The strip is approximately 1 meters wide and runs along the front of our fence as per the photos.

2 small spaces to be astro-turfed at our small townhouse. Looking for a professional finish with a quality product 30-50mm with realistic flecked look. Although there are 2 steps - it’s all hard floors so could put down some protecting matting and put a timber ramp up the 2 stairs. Hopefully this gives enough to get a good quote.

I need the existing dead turf scraped and dug away so new turf can be layed. As access is restricted (via gate), will most probably need hand labour and wheelbarrowing. Approx 50m2. - Due date: Flexible
