Have a section of yard next to our patio that is lumpy and weedy. Want the dirt levelled out to remove lumps and flatten area, then spread some topsoil and lay new turf over the top (Saphire buffalo). Weeds have been sprayed and are now dead. Approx 60m2 total. Area shown in yellow, between patio and fence, and a bit around top of patio. Access for wheelbarrow but no machine (except tiny digger) as there is a side gate. Job updated - no new turf required. In our courtyard garden there is an area of turf 5.2m x 1.3m (approx 7m2 of turf) that has sunk on avreage about 90mm which means it is uneven with the adjoining tiled area. I want the current turf lifted and put aside, then good-quality suitable soil added (approx just over half a cubic metre of soil) , and the existing turf re-laid so that the new lawn is level with the tiles. I would like you to inspect and mesaure prior to starting the job. Please note that you can get a ute right to the front of the unit, but as access to the courtyard is via the unit you can only use a regular-size wheelbarrow in order to get through. - Due date: Preferably Monday 19th September.

I need some Astro turf laid - the area has a firm base but I want it extended a little & further work needs to be done on the bedding. Can be cut into retaining wall at back & I’m thinking maybe a low lying brick surround (like you can see in the picture) could be laid around other 2 edges. The turf is a quality one, which doesn’t require sand brushed in on top. The picture shows the area - the turf has just been thrown loosely on top. It’s about 8m2. I need a professional finish, so someone’s who’s done this before would be great 👍
