We have a small front yard (approx 15m sq) and would like to lay some new turf. We are selling the property with the first open for inspection this weekend. We are wanting to see if it’s worth our while doing this job or whether we leave existing grass at this late notice.

We are new Tenants who have fake turf to be laid for a neat courtyard asap. We just don’t have the time anymore to do it. The roll is all one professional piece in garage only a couple metres away from where it needs laying but obviously it is very heavy (2x person job to carry).
