I need someone to prep the soil and lay turf (approx 28m2) on the L shaped area down the side of my house. I can pre-spray all weeds and get turf delivered (will be Zoysia or Sir Walter Buffalo). Topsoil put down a few years ago but if you think it needs removing and new soil added I can organise delivery of soil or include in your quote. Topsoil needs proper levelling and prep. Please include details of any soil prep in your quote. Area has a few drainage grates which need proper levelling to ensure drainage and alignement with existing doorway pavers/water heater slab.

We have two areas that need levelling/grading for lawn and garden. One is soil, one is grass. Drop varies from 0cm - ~30cm Excess fill can be disposed of on site (retaining wall). Access for machines 1.2m is easy, up to 1.7m is possible depending on type. Second area would require a ramp up an 60cm wall - can figure out access requirements during quote. I have new turf laid and while I had the land levelled before (wanting a completely even look) after the turf is laid, it has showed up quite a few ruts. I am looking for someone to come level this for me so I have a smooth, even finish to my lawn. The yard is 400 m2 including front and back and the turd if Empire Zoysia.
