Artificial turf prep the crusher dust had been layered and compacted. Just needs to level the ground . Area to level is 120sqmtr .please advise me if anyone is interested to do this job . Job location is in Whiterock 4306.

Both the front and most of the back garden need levelling, weed treatment, topsoil and turfing (probably Monarch Zoysia) plus some extra tasks. The front garden consists of around 90m2. We'd need removal of all current growth and treatment with weedkiller, then levelling and spreading of topsoil. Finally turf installation for most of that area plus creation of 2 or 3 flower beds with planting of flowers, use of loam perhaps. Also, patching up or replacing a stormwater pipe as well as straightening out the pillar post box which is currently just on a slab. The back garden also needs levelling, weed treatment, topsoil and turfing on the upper level of approximately 40 m2, and the lower level covered in topsoil and loam of approximately 11.5m2. Also needing attention is to make compacted gravel paths on both sides of the house, one measuring 1.3 x 11.6 and the other one measuring 1.65 x 16.0, making approx 42 m2 altogether. So that's 42 m2 compacted gravel pathway, 11.5m2 of topsoil and loam and 130 m2 topsoiling and turfing altogether. Please give quote for labour only. Also, if you're able please give a quote for approximately 6.2m of Woodland Grey colourbond fence 1.8m high plus sleepers at the base - but if it's not your specialty don't worry. Thanks!

Remove anything left and lay turf and small retaining wall . Remove garden edging and level out to current lawn with under turf soil and lay out turf. Have access to back of yard under a 2.1m carport . End price will include everything , turf ect . Its 8m x9m . And would prefer QLD Blue turf .Happy to negotiate on price .
