When and where - Aim to start on 2/7 or 3/7 in Morningside - We supply artificial grass, cluster dust, infill sand , garden edge and pins - Area size around 18 metre square Details of the task - Excavate to required depth - Level and compact to base material to correct level - Grade and contour the sub base to aid drainage - install and fix the grass, including infill sand, and weed mat around perimeter to secure the grass and weed mat respectively - remove and dispose the excavated materials - install garden edge

Ground floor apartment. Garden is approx 4m x 8m. Had various types of grass before but now almost all weeds. May need to poison entire area first. Will need to provide all materials, including instant turf, labour and remove waste. Access may be possible by temporarily removing garden fence adjacent to building's common property Not sure what a reasonable price is so starting with this guess - happy to negotiate within reason
