Soil will need to be semi compacted both clean fill and sandy loam to prepare for laying of turf. Soil height to be 5cm below concrete paths to ensure when turf is laid, it is roughly same height as concrete. If using machinery, ensure no damage to exposed aggregate and area to be clean once finished. Pictures show side yard access and area of backyard (~160m2) and where soil currently is.
