I need someone to prep the soil and lay turf (approx 28m2) on the L shaped area down the side of my house. I can pre-spray all weeds and get turf delivered (will be Zoysia or Sir Walter Buffalo). Topsoil put down a few years ago but if you think it needs removing and new soil added I can organise delivery of soil or include in your quote. Topsoil needs proper levelling and prep. Please include details of any soil prep in your quote. Area has a few drainage grates which need proper levelling to ensure drainage and alignement with existing doorway pavers/water heater slab.

We have had construction in our backyard and our grass has died quite a bit, we have had new turf laid over some of it (as shown in photo) and were going to just regrow the rest of it, but would like to now have it fully returfed and re-levelled (will need to have a slight gradient towards the back of our block for water flow). End of lease inspection . Got some bald patches in the garden . Lay the new turf where it’s bald . Landlords daughter is kicking off and we’re both registered disabled as we have chronic back issues and wife just recently had major surgery. Just need it to look better for the inspection as I cannot do it . Have already got the turf and top soil to use . Plus put a bag of Mulch over a flower bed by the shed which I’ve already got. Hi I need council verge re turfed. Price includes getting winter green yourself. There is no tap so it just needs to be neat and tidy. Just to cover up patches.
