Rip up old turf and dispose of supply top soil and cover surface leveling . Supply and lay saphire buffalo turf. Area 30m2 . Difficulty the lawn is at the back of the house and this is accesed by some stairs about 10m so a bit of manuel labour involved.

I have an area at the back of my house around 60m2 which slopes to the back around 500mm (left to right on pic). Looking to install a retaining wall (king post and sleepers?) to level it out and then returf. Access is a pain but can possibly negotiate with neighbours. Hi I need council verge re turfed. Price includes getting winter green yourself. There is no tap so it just needs to be neat and tidy. Just to cover up patches.
