Find a turf repair professional in VIC

I have a small lawn of Sir Walter Buffalo grass and half of the lawn is in good condition however half isn’t, there is some kind of clover type of weed growing in one part and half the lawn looks pretty sad, also in parts some levelling is required I guess with top soil but I’m no expert, I am looking for guaranteed results from a person with good knowledge & experience. New turf laid in august, 2nd batch not taking properly, had water damage, unsure if it needs top soil/level, aerating, mow, fertiliser etc etc. 2 images - 1 is the 2nd batch (back half) now with repairs Other is the initial lay you can see the back half. Need lawn repair. Our lawn is looking very patchy and dry and we need someone who knows what they’re doing to sort it out. Edit: I believe it’s couch grass but not 100% sure. Our regular gardner also tried adding a new seed in which grew in clumps but doesn’t spread, not sure what that’s called though. As you can see from the pic neither took very well. We have a similar sized lawn further up the garden and the couch was fine there, but this is on a bit of an incline and the rain tends to flow that way which may be affecting things. This job should initially be for an inspection and quote to work through this with me. So it's a low figure just while we work out a process together. I've recently moved into a home that's been heavily neglected for many years. There's around 250sqm of grass out the front and back. It's full of Cape weed, broad leaf weeds and weeds around the fence line. I'm looking for assistance with. 1. Weeding and cleaning up the front and backyard 2.
