I just moved into new premises..need tv setup

CCTV DVR / cameras have stopped working. Have unplugged and plugged back in, checked all cables and replaced HDMI cord. Tried using different monitors instead of running through the TV but nothing works. I have absolutely no idea how to fix it, not even sure what what actual problem is. Annke vision DVR box with 7 outdoor camers connected with cables normally runs through HDMI connection to the TV where camers can be viewed and records.
