I'm moving from a town house in Penshurst (1 Rostrov Street, Penshurst NSW 2222) to an apartment in the Green Square Area (6 Ebsworth Street, Zetland, NSW 2017), I have 1 mattress (Queen), 1 desk, 1 chair, 1 cupboard, 1 shelving unit, and 1 standing mirror to be moved. There will be a designated removalist truck area in the building (Entry via Tweed Place), then my items will need to be transferred onto a 'ferry' vehicle (e.g. ute) to be moved to the basement loading bay (with maximum clearance of 2.2m), so ideally the removalist truck would be less than 2.2m if possible to make the job easier.
