He was personable and calm made one feel at ease which is very important when working in a person's home. Notably he cleaned up the work bench after finishing my electrical repair. This property is an airbnb. This is out of scope for my cleaner. I need a handyman to look at 2 issues for me: 1. to look at a washing machine that is leaking water. The washing machine is only a year old. I suspect the problem is the hose either at the machine attachment side or it has worked loose from the drain pipe. 2. Stick vacuum is not charging. Plug battery into charging unit and check if it charges oor it truly is a battery issue
James was quick to respond was able to look at both appliances and identify the issue quickly. Very friendly, great communicator. Would definitely call upon again.
