This property is an airbnb. This is out of scope for my cleaner. I need a handyman to look at 2 issues for me: 1. to look at a washing machine that is leaking water. The washing machine is only a year old. I suspect the problem is the hose either at the machine attachment side or it has worked loose from the drain pipe. 2. Stick vacuum is not charging. Plug battery into charging unit and check if it charges oor it truly is a battery issue

Looking for someone to service and give this a cleanout. It stops and starts and doesn't suck very well. Its a couple years old and in good condition but needs some general attention.

My Dyson DC26 is burning up when in use. I have cleaned out both filters but it’s still making a sound and smells bad! Wondering if I’ve cooked the motor or not. I don’t have the right screw driver to open it up.
