I bought a Hoover SmartR1 vacuum cleaner about 2 years ago. I haven’t even used it that much, but it has lost suction. I have cleaned the filters, removed any dust and debris and checked the attachments. I bought it from Godfrey’s which no longer exists so can’t get support from them (or Hoover). It was only $200 to start with so not sure if it’s worth getting it fixed. It still feels quite new though.

I only have a few rugs in the house - I have floor boards which will need to be vacuumed/or steam mopped. No tiles. Happy to negotiate of course, it is not a big job at all; I just have a chronic illness and need it to feel "fresh" again & recently have had seizures so I just need some help.
