Our wooden venetian blind in the lounge room won't open and.close and the square board across the top is hanging down. And there's a silver bit that we havw that needs to go on the inside of the board.

We need to have the Venetian blinds in our bathroom taken down (temporarily) before renovations start on Monday. There are 3 small blinds. If you know how to do it, it would probably only take 5-10 minutes to do.

I have a set of venetian blinds where two of the cable mechanisms have stopped working - one of these will not lock into the raised position and the other won't raise at all. Issue is I want them installed inside the window frame but there is a metal bracket under the plaster that I don't have the right tools or screws and know how... to get through.
