We have 5 sets of commercial timber Venetian blinds - needing someone who has the skills to shorten these by removing slats so the blinds sit neatly into the window sills.

The outside surfaces of the slats are sun damaged and need resurfacing. The ladders have broken and need replacing. there are two blinds doth measuring 2670mm wide by 2010mm drop.

The front room has timber venetian blinds on all windows. The largest of these has a fault, which means when I pull the string to angle the blinds (open / closed) nothing happens, and the blinds don't change their angle. There's a small plastic wheel or cog in the casing at the top of the blind which this string would normally spin, and it the wheel seems to have stripped its gears. 2 Venetian blinds require repair. The problem is that when the rod is twisted to tilt the blinds it clicks and the blinds don’t tilt. If the top of the mechanism that the twisting rod connects to is pressed down hard, it works. Suspected broken/cracked mechanism.
