Find a professional verandah installer in Blacktown

Hi, I am looking for a couple of labourers to install tiny homes for my customers. All the equipment will be provided. Need to dig trenches for laying plumbing & electrical cables, install tiny homes and front verandah. The jobs will be in and around western Sydney. Ongoing jobs with at least a couple every month. Currently job at Blackett and another at cherrybrook.

I need my laundry and verandah tiled Laundry I need walls and floor. Verandah I need the floor ans 3 steps tiled We will be providing the tiles. Laundry measurements Height 2.4m Width 1.7m Length 2.0m Verandah 2.7 x 1.25 + 3 steps

2xmedium bedrooms,1xsmall bedroom,lounge,dinning,laundry,veranda. I will provide the paint container and brushes. Will attach floor ploon.

Retiling of front verandah Size approx 2.5 x 6m with 2 front steps (I’ve included the kind of tiles we would like ) Pls provide quote. There is enough space to tile over existing tiles

I would like one broken post replaced along with a rotting beam as well as the steps leading up to the house (bolted on) See photos for description of work. The length of the beam is approx 8.5 metres and it just sits rebated into the post (see photos). The length of the post is about 5.5m (will be one piece and gets bolted into a horse shoe clamp (already installed on the old beam with a concrete base) Beams are 200mm x 50 mm Post is 120mm x 120mm You will need to remove one or two flooring panels on the verandah to replace the beam along with the pickets and reinstall them. See photos. Please quote for LABOUR only and any tools required to do the job. All materials will be paid for on top as required (beams/post and screws/bolts etc) as requested. You will need props of hold up the sections of the verandah from underneath while removing the beam etc. Props are your responsibility and will not be provided. My guess is its a 2 day job by 2 people who has the experience and with all materials delivered on site ready to go. You will need to be insured to do the job. I’m flexible with the task completion date however must finish once started within a reasonable amount of time. More work can be given if this job is done well.

Need to repair leaks, flashings etc. Was considering repairing this ourselves, so do have some items that could be utilised for job. (Wakaflex, guttering, timbers, gyprock). Would like someone to take a look, quote and get repaired. I also want to find out if you can add a ceiling/gyprock too. Would like job done anywhere from now till 16th January if possible. Current verandha in damaged condition as can be seen on photos require a good alternative options. Glenwood
