One of the two main support poles has rusted through and snapped off. A new support pole is required to replace the rusted one.

Our house has a wrap around verandah. A number of posts need to be replaced and others cleaned up. They previously had brick bases around them and when the bricks were removed it uncovered decay. I need to get these replaced asap as I have left the house and need to get tenants in as quickly as possible.
