The front verandah to our house has a leak in the corner which has been present for some time. Due to the leak the timber in that immediate area is water damaged. Looking for somebody to replace the damaged bits of timber and fix the leak. Also have a separate downpipe that is damaged and needs replacing.
Communication was an issue initially, became very frustrating. I cancelled task, then communication began again. Eventually attended and completed job satisfactorily, although couldn't complete part of job for the price on task, stated it would be over 3 x the amount to fix, which is not the type of solution we were looking for unfortunately.
