Reattach & Renail palings and bottom rails for verandah and stairs. Replace and paint one paling.

I need someone to remove asbestos from a verandah area ceiling (5.6m x 1.8m) and wall sheeting, including proper disposal.

I need an experienced builder or carpenter to help transform a 1.8m x 5.6m raised verandah into an enclosed room and integrate it seamlessly with the rest of my house. The verandah is already at the same floor level as the main house and is structurally strong enough to build upon. This project involves: Demolition: Safely remove an external wall, ensuring structural integrity is maintained. Manage and dispose of all debris (refer to the attached picture). Construction: Build external walls around the verandah, including insulation, plastering, framing, etc. Note: The installation of windows, doors, and breeze blocks is outside the scope of this project.

I have some colourbond roof sheeting that needs to be cut to size and put in place under a Queenslander verandah. I have the materials just need someone to do it.

Want qualified tradeperson to construct a Stratco outback verandah. All materials are on site except for 4 x 3.6m posts that need to be picked up from Brett's on Rode Rd. Foundations have been completed and certified by an engineer. Construction to include fitting 4 x 12v downlights and 1 fan (lead wire only required as will source electrician separately). Also require drain to connect to stormwater approx 4-5m away. Will be at least a 2 person job given size of the roof panels. - Due date: Before Sunday, 22 January 2023

Hi! I have been keen to have some classic Lattice doors installed to my Queenslander. I am happy to source new Lattice Doors from Colonial Warehouse but there will be some fitting and adjustments necessary as the frame and doors are not quite aligned. Thanks in advance! Tash
