Replace wooden floorboards with Ekodeck, balustrade with wood and posts (6) supporting the verandah. Paint balustrade and posts with 3 coats of external paint. Refuse to be taken away and dumped at tip by the builder firm or person undertaking the work. Scaffolding may be required and to be included in the cost quoted. Temporary storing of rubbish to be included on the cost quoted if required. Need a proper builder with a licence number to be verified.Will require a NSW Fair Trading Contract to be signed before starting. Require fair trading warranty.

Repaint external deck with wood stain (Haynes Woodcare Dexpress previously used - water based) Verandah is 3.6 x 5 metres (18 sq metres) No scaping or preparation work. Verandah surface is in good condition. Tools (long handled paint brush) and decking stain provided. Must be done in dry weather. I did this last time, but I'm too old now :(

Need to dig trenches for laying plumbing & electrical cables, install tiny homes and front verandah. The jobs will be in and around western Sydney. Ongoing jobs with at least a couple every month. Currently job at Blackett and another at cherrybrook.

There are 2 pieces of Verandah floor tile got cracks and need a replacement. I have the replacement tiles, one can go straight in and the other one may need to be trimmed narrower to be able to fit in. I do appreciate if it can be done nice and neat.
