Looking to have 7 slim verandah posts and 17 metres of bower boards( .5 to 1 metre high) and 17 metres of slim fascia board plus 17 metres of front face of gutter painted black.

I am planning to upgrade my balcony to a verandah with windows on the sides. The dimensions I am considering for the new verandah are approximately 7m by 4m, pending council approval. I currently do not have council approval and will need assistance with this process. Additionally, the gazebo shown in the picture will be removed.
