Repaint external deck with wood stain (Haynes Woodcare Dexpress previously used - water based) Verandah is 3.6 x 5 metres (18 sq metres) No scaping or preparation work. Verandah surface is in good condition. Tools (long handled paint brush) and decking stain provided. Must be done in dry weather. I did this last time, but I'm too old now :(

I need someone to install 7 sq M of travitine pavers over existing tiles and stairs including grouting. Paver size is approx 600x300x25mm. I have all the materials required that includes tile glue, grout and the spacers. Pavers are already stacked next to the job. Refer pic. It will probably need either a brick saw or large tile cutter. Am looking for someone with experience and a good eye for detail. It needs to be a high quality finish. You can see in the photos the area that needs doing. All the blue tiled area including the skirt. Flexible with timing but looking to have it done in the next couple of weeks.

I need my front verandah tiled approx 15 square metres. The tiles are 600x600 and to go over existing old tiles
