I need a small verandah (approx. 3.5mx1.2m) built with composite decking (Bunnings ekodeck) to meet (flush) my front pathway. Please provide a breakdown of your quote for labour and materials. I am open to supplying the materials myself if required.

New verandah and new beam needed - 4.6m width there are two poles cemented into the ground which will need to come out too - they were put in by the previous owner.

There are some worn wooden slats on our verandah (they bounce). We are getting the entire verandah re-sanded and varnished, so would like the wooden slats replaced/repaired in preparation.

I have a long stretch of a corridor which is an old enclosed verandah, covered only by a curved corrugated iron roof. I need to find a solution to properly insulate it if possible (to help keep the heat and cold out). See attachment.
