We need a person who is experienced in laying concrete to screed and finish a verandah floor. The area is all set up and boxed and have 3 men to help place the concrete. There is approximately 6 cubic meters in total in the job. Must be on the 21st of this month

I need two verandah decks cleaned and stained. One is out the front of the house, other is directly above (internal access). The bottom one needs to be covered while upstairs is being stained (someone will be on site to assist with that). Does not require sanding. All supplies and equipment will be provided (pressure washer, washing liquids, brush, water based decking oil, decking oil applicator). Bench seats and pot plants will be moved prior to the job. Only time constraint is noisy parts (pressure wash) must be done around twin toddler nap (over lunch). Happy for it to be done over two days, however need the downstairs deck finished within one day (only pram access). Approximate dimensions are 1.45m x 9.6m, plus downstairs has door nook 1.2m x 0.6m and single step.
