Base of wooden verandah posts need repair. New footings laid and stirrups put in to hold posts x 3 support will be needed to hold verandah roof while work carried out. This will allow for new timber verandah to be put in.

Constructing a verandah in the back and front

I need a builder, to organize and knock down a concrete porch/ verandah. And if possible quote for building a new wooden one with a tin roof.

I need to replace 3 metal verandah poles with bush poles. They need to be about 150mm diameter and 2500 long. You will need to source poles, remove and dispose of existing metal poles. Install footings (as required), galvanised stirrups, ensuring adequate engineering support. Finish poles with appropriate sealer, paint and metal components white where required. Replace pavers and tidy work areas.

Remove peeling paint & previous calcimine original paint.Repair imperfections & sand smooth. Paint 2 coats oil primer & 2 coats ceiling white. 2.2 x 4.3 m size ceiling. Primer & ceiling white supplied.

We need some of our verandah area renovated and a ramp & stairs added.
