We require a female fitness coach/instructor to film video workouts as well as shoot stills to showcase exercises. It is for a new fitness company launching for women aged over 30. You will need to be confident and comfortable in front of the camera and be confident performing an array of different exercises and poses. The workouts will be filmed in a studio in Seaforth (by a professional videographer) - The workouts will go for approximately 10-15 minutes and must be fully guided with enthusiasm and personality. Initially the video workouts will be focused on workouts to help build lean muscle - especially important as women age. As well as these workouts there will also be shorter social style videos to be filmed. It will be approximately 10-20 hours work with the potential for a lot more work in the future. If you are interested in this project please submit examples of work you have done before - videos and images.
