I have 3 scope items: 1.wall hole that needs to be closed up. I need it done by 12 pm this Thursday 8th. It needs to be ready for tiler to glue the last piece of skirting on it 2. Prepare/sand that full wall so it is paint ready (this part can be done after the grouting, silicone is done so afew days later)..see pics 3. Have balcony, use to be tiled but unsure what's on it right now as it has waterproofing over it and failed, would like to have villaboards lay over it ready for water proofer. One side of the balcony has box gutter runs along that side. Need to screw some aluminium channel along the inside of it to take the villaboards that will cover over it and cut the villaboards wall which enclose the balcony, to channel the water to the outside - Due date: Before Saturday, 4 June 2022

Hi, I am doing a bathroom reno and all the walls and ceiling have been taken down. I want them replaced with villaboard (not sure what the ceiling should be). The bathroom is approx 2800 x 1800. I would like this done next week some time as the tiler is coming the week after. I am in Mudgeeraba. Thanks Steve
