I have vinyl planks that have been glued to the floor. They lift fairly easily with a scraper. They do go under the skirting. There are several rooms to be done. I will want them removed later with some furniture also, but i will list that as a separate job later as this job only needs labour. I am happy to agree to an hourly rate as I am also doing some painting and minor repairs and may need an odd hand with some bits and pieces with those jobs as well. Looking for vinyl sheet flooring to go over the top of existing laminate flooring for a 25sqm space situated in chevron island. Flexible on when the job is done for the right $ Ideally would like asap but willing to wait. I have attached the style im after- a light grey concrete look tile. We have a office room with carpet and we want to remove carpet and install new vinyl flooring. It is around 3 meters wide * 7 meters long.

I need 3mm 'Airstep' vinyl flooring planks to be installed over @50sqm of ceramic tiles without any sanding/grinding. I would prefer an experienced floor layer. They are to be glued straight onto the tiles. The grout lines are not deep so I’m comfortable with just gluing them down. I have the planks, but you will need to supply the primer/adhesive and tools. No skirting boards are installed in these rooms. Please quote as I have just guessed an approximate. Living area = 4.4 x 6.5m Kitchen = 1.5 x 2m Study/dining area = 2.7 x 3.0m Entry/Hallways = @10sqm - Due date: Before Saturday, 12th Mar 2022

Install Karndean Long Boards in small unit - about 35m2. The kitchen area has tiles, the rest is carpet. Ground floor unit. Job is not urgent. Please quote your installation rate per metre. An estimate of any costs would be great too.
