Floor prep and installation of Masonite underlayment to level 1 and stairs (approx 59sqm) E. Glue down installation of new 4.5mm thick vinyl floor planks, total 61.5sqm. Remove old vinyl or lay new vinyl on top of old vinyl. Flooring approx 6x3 (just under).

Remove a small section of damaged vinyl flooring (200mm x 200mm section with four drill holes). Vinyl flooring has been glued to concrete base. Vinyl is commercial grade 2mm thick. Replace with new vinyl (vinyl to match will be supplied by owner)- re-glue to floor.

I’ll order the planks from Bunnings - you’ll need to pick it up on way. Not sure if underlay is needed- please advise. You’ll need to have experience with similar flooring. Unit is approx 6x10m Floor is flat apart from a slight slope toward back corner. Please bring glue or whatever tools you need. Carpet has been pulled up so you’ll need to pull up the nail strips around the walls. I have a very small kitchen that needs new floating floor laid. There is also an additionally attached lobby that is tiny, about 1.5m square that will need the floor laid too. Part of the room is very slightly sloping which I would like fixed too. I believe it is a concrete slab underneath. If needed I would also like some type of skirting board along the sides to make it look nice and finished.

Had to remove an old gas heater, and need 7 vinyl planks laid where the heater was. I have the planks, and the old planks that cut around the heater have been removed. Job is in Northcote, would love it done today or tomorrow.

I have a cafe in Geelong with 4 booths (8 seats facing each other with backing - 16 seat pieces in all). I will supply the vinyl, but need the upholstery done. A template can be cut from the existing vinyl and this used to cut all the seats. The upholstering would then preferably done over on a Monday when the cafe is closed. This involves removing the existing vinyl and putting on the new vinyl. This needs to be done to a high standard and by someone with experience in upholstering with vinyl. You will need to commercially sow the vinyl sides onto the template (flexible timeline to make the templates) and staple the backing on using an industrial stapler (done on a Monday).
