Hi Airtaskers, We are a virtual assistant business, specialising in Recruitment, HR and Virtual Administration – providing small business owners with the ultimate 360 degree solution to their business needs Due to recent growth, we are seeking a Sydney-based Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide PA support to the Director of a successful consulting firm. Whilst most work will be completed virtually (work from home) - she would like to meet her new VA in person for training and a catch up from time to time - she is based in North Sydney. Approx. 7-10 hours required Monday to Friday during standard business hours (evenings are not suitable). Additional on-going work available for the right person. Duties: • General administrative support • Filing, filling out forms, data entry • Diary management, scheduling meetings, travel bookings • Inbox management and drafting email correspondence • Creating and formatting documents • Research projects and coordinating data • Attend meetings to take and distribute minutes Our Values: You may find attached a copy of our business’ core values. I am looking for a personal life assistant or personal organiser or a face to face virtual assistant or university student who could meet me in person in Camperdown or nearby . I need assistance with digital decluttering at this stage. Digital tasks - sorting out emails (may involve sending & responding to emails) - Decluttering iphone apps - Sorting out my bookmarks - Sorting out photos - Sorting out files on the windows computer - Decluttering iPad apps I would work alongside you and we would go through this together. It would be nice to have extra support to speed it up. I would love to know if you have had experience doing this before. I am looking for someone who is enthusiastic about organising and who will not be overwhelmed by the process. Requirements: - strong & professional level of English both written and communication skills - Efficient, reliable and trustworthy - Proficient at using Windows computer, iPhone & iPad and social media apps - enthusiastic about organising This is a short term job for a month. There is a chance for this job/role to be extended if there are future opportunities and we work well together. Time required approximately 2-4 hours/week. Paid by hour $25/hr. It would be good to meet up and work together on something small for 2 hours to see if we are a good fit.
