My name is Callum and my fiance's name is Roxanne. We are hosting our engagement party on Saturday the 11th of December 2021 from 4pm until late, and we are expecting approximately 120 guests. We are looking for 2 or 3 people to assist on the day. The event will be both indoor and outdoor, the food and drinks will be kept indoors and most of the party will be outdoors if weather permits. Guests will have access to the bar to pour their own drinks, and a grazing table will be set up during the day for food, so for the majority of the event we would just require help to clean up glassware and crockery, taking things to the bins and dishwasher, and topping up the grazing table and bar table when needed. At approximately 7pm, we will have a pizza truck arriving, and pizzas may need to be taken from the truck to the grazing table for people to help themselves. Our family has worked in hospitality so we will be sure to provide the best work environment as we can, and will make sure you have eaten and had breaks during the event. Our event will be strictly for fully vaccinated attendees as per the Victorian COVID-19 legislation. Myself and many guests work in health care so we will be taking this very seriously to ensure a safe environment for everybody.
