I need 2 experienced wait staff to serve food and drinks on platters at a private function in our home for 50 people. I have caterers coming and delivering food on platters prior to 50 guests arriving. I am also hiring a bar tender but I’d like drinks served on trays as guests arrived. In addition to food and drink serving I’d like glasses tidied up and taken back to kitchen and scullery, washed and sent back to the bar over the night. I estimate staff needed from 6:30-10:30pm

Hi there! Looking for someone to help out at our event. It’s a relaxed dinner party where the food will set up grazing style. So need someone to clear after the first course and then put out the pizzas for the second course along the tables. Then once dinner is over, clearing the tables, scraping plates (just staking away not cleaning them), rubbish collection and then finally packing down trestle tables and chairs after! The pack down has to be completed by midnight but guests are leaving at 10.30 so believe it can start earlier when everyone is up mingling.
