Hi there, Looking for one bar-staff/waiter/waitress/assistant for a 3 year old’s birthday party in Burnley/Richmond this Sunday 13th Feb, from 12:30pm – 4:30pm. Total number of people including kids at this birthday party is approx 50. The kids party will go from 1pm-4pm however we will need this person to assist with some basic setup and clean-up just before the party starts and just after the party ends. Duties will include: • Pouring some drinks • Serving some food (nibblies etc) • Setting up some tables/chairs • Putting rubbish/used plates/used cups etc in the bin. • General cleaning up (spills etc) The forecast for this Sunday shows early 30’s so we can supply an apron on the day for the ‘helper’ or ‘staff’ person to wear, and if possible, we would like the person to wear a white t-shirt if that’s ok. Shorts are fine, it’ll be warm, you need to be comfortable too! If things ‘seem to be in order’ and the clean-up process in minimal, we’re happy for you to leave earlier depending on how the afternoon is going. We can assess this as we get closer to the end of the party. Location: Burnley Backyard (Tudor St, Richmond) I have included images of the venue for you to gauge. Please include your hourly pricing for this event, along with what your service or offer is and what experience you’ve had in the past for a task like this.
