Looking for experienced wait & bar staff for a 160 person wedding. Held on a private farm in Marong, Victoria. On Saturday October 4th, 2025. Staff needed from 12:30pm to 7:30pm. The layout for food / dining will be open fire meats & spits cooked onsite & carved in front of guests with cold sides, desserts & charcuterie style options provided by a catering service & displayed on buffet style tables settings. There will be tables set up for dining however, with no set, sit down dining times & a mostly self-serve set up, we are looking for staff to help with the following - ~~ Help displaying / serving carved meats from open fire / spit cooked meats, happening on site & in front of guests ~~ General cleaning of plates from tables & cleaning & restocking of sides for buffet / self serve food tables ~~ Some staffing of a single bar set up, for a few hours before & after the ceremony, for wine, beer & spirit options. Although, alcohol will be mostly self serve & available for guests to help themselves on tables staff ~~ Restocking of self serve drink options from cool room & topping up of wines in carafes on tables throughout the event $40 per hour & happy to discuss possible reimbursement for travel.

For dinner of 40, need a person who can prepare fruit platters, salads, boil eggs, warm up soup, all arounder. Not required to cook mains.
