The food will be 90% prepared, it will just need to be heated in the time slots for each course. Then plated and served. The kitchen is open plan with the dining table so the waiter I’ll be interacting with guests and in the same room when preparing. The waiter will: - Heat food to go out at each course - plate food - serve food - clear plates after eating - keep drinks full - clean and tidy between courses - be friendly and helpful - Please wear well presented clothing, ideally black. We are all late 20s-30s so it’d be great to have some one who can have a bit of fun with us as they work. 5:15pm start and finishing up at 9:15pm approx.
