Elly was easy to communicate with on the phone to explain the task and called earlier in the day before the dinner party to confirm her arrival time. Elly was a delight to have in our kitchen, helping serve canapés, plate the main buffet, clear and clean. She never hesitated to ask a question if she needed to and ourselves and our guests were delighted to have her help for an intimate dinner party. Her attention to detail was exceptional and ability to slip right in and take ownership of the event in such a calm, friendly and “so all the ball” manner helped to make my 50th shindig really great.
