People will arrive from around 6 Pm so you would need to arrive prior and while the start would be the busiest and slow down as the dinner goes on. Some helping out with tidying up between courses, collecting and stacking plates (not necessarily cleaning them) involved. I think it would be safe to put an end time of 10:00.
