I am looking to hire someone to serve drinks during an event for 50 people. We are doing a buffet style for guests and will be providing all my food and drinks. The goal is for my family members to sit and enjoy the day instead of needing to serve people. I am looking for someone to do the following: 1. Offer drinks to guests 2. Take dirty/finished plates from lunch and take away dishes from lunch and have the dessert set up on the table 3. Take any dirty plates away 4. Serve coffee and tea Starts 12:30 needed for 3-4 hours

Looking for a competent someone to help us host afternoon drinks and dinner at a private function in the Blue Mountains. Help would be from 230-730pm but would ask you to arrive 130. So 6 hours total. Tasks include (and we can chat on the day) - helping hosts serve drinks - help heat and serve canapés - help heat (roasting - timings provided) dinner - help with setting up serving of dinner (people will serve selves from a side table so just needs setting up) - help with stacking the dishwasher, ad hoc cleaning of dishes, baking equipment and any other assistance etc You would by no means be expected to do it all alone. I am hosting an engagement party for about 80 guests and am looking for for 2 bartenders and 1 waiter to assist with food/drink service. We will have some canapes to serve and a bar set-up for drinks.
