Duties include bartending (all drinks etc supplied) and going around and taking empty bottles of water and soft drink off and putting new ones on through out the night. People will come to you for alcohol and it will be served from a specific location in the hall. Event starts at 7pm and finishes around 11:30pm but you may not need to be there till the end. I am looking for a waiter/ kitchen hand from 1pm to 6pm tomorrow (Melbourne Cup day) to help with a party at home.
