Find a professional waitress in Bundall

Hi I need a waitress or waiter to help me organise the food (that is pre-prepared) and serve to 15 people from about 4pm until 9pm ish clean up. It's 13 clients plus, me and hubby I need someone professional, confident, well groomed and spoken as this is a brand function It'll be nice easy food and you'll need to finish the chickens roasting in the oven (and prepare garlic bread) serve drinks to guests serve the food buffet style onto the table (chicken, prawns, oysters, salads, garlic bread, desert) clean up No catering is required, just basic prep and serving and clean up. This is an important event so professionals only
