Need someone to hang 10 pictures and 1x tv

We have 7 pieces of art and 2 hanging shelves to be hung around our home. We have some double brick walls and some internal gybrock walls.

Metal bookshelf frame needs to be anchored to the wall. The wall is plaster but with concrete behind it. The frame of the shelving unit is a simple metal frame with one header piece and four column pieces. This is what needs needs to be anchored to the wall. I have attached photos of the complete unit (at a different location).

For my laundry: I need two hanging strips mounted (from a flexi shelf system) that require three screws each. I tried myself but don’t have the right tools as I believe the wall has a stud or something. Then I need my Dyson charger mounted (just two screws).
