Need to hang a mirror 90cm wide and 160 cm tall weighing about 20 kgs. Two bolts are already in place and hanging rope tied to the back of the mirror. The bolts are three meters high and it's in the staircase area but have flat space at the bottom with just one stair. Need to bring a ladder at least 2.5 meter in height. Only 10 minutes job max.
