However a concrete wall is behind it at about 7.5 cm(3 inch) depth.

We have a few tasks: 1. Install one IKEA bookshelf on the wall 2. Install 2 floating shelves 3. Repair one loose light fitting 4. A window that gets jammed and too loose in some parts. Need this fixed if possible, even if just a temporary solution. Drilling will require hammer drill as it’s going past plaster boards into concrete/brick. Wanting to install 2-3 shelves Have checked with a stud finder and there don't seem to be any electrics behind this wall. There are a couple wood studs, plasterboard wall, should be a fairly easy job. Wanting to place books and plants on this wall so will need to be able to hold a decent amount of weight.
