Washing machine not spinning/draining properly. 2 (ish) year old Samsung front loader 8.5kg. I’ve emptied the filter at the front and checked the pipes/ u-bend for blockages.
Hendra was very punctual and polite with good communication. Unfortunately the issue with my washing machine wasn’t fixable (computer issue, not mechanical) however Hendra spent a couple of hours investigating the issue thoroughly and was very fair in his pricing. Thanks Hendra :)

Remove internal lateral board on the right hand side of the laundry to then slide the old washing machine out. Then put the new washing machine in and hook it up. The current old washing machine is to be replaced, but it does not come out of the area currently. The internal board around the frame, on the right hand side only, needs to be removed to then make space for the old machine to come out. I need you to carefully remove the timber lateral board on the right, move the old machine out and then move in the new machine that I have here, and hook up the new machine so that it is working. No need to put the board back up, it can stay down and no need to paint the area again either.
