Washer is a front loader bottom right it has a door, open the door there is a cap similar to petrol cap. It keeps water from leaking out. Well this has come separated I have one bit washer has the other. I reckon if you put glue down they would become one again. Once they are you open the cap, water comes out, use like a piece of wire and get as much hay out as you can. Then machine should work properly! Picture of washer below shows the little door. Washer is a SOLT GGSFLW900B if that helps?
