My LG Frontload washing machine Model number WD1200D.ABWREAP is not working. The drum is not rotating in one direction. When we start a wash cycle or rinse+spin cycle, it rotates anti-clockwise and then it gets stuck when it tries to rotate the other way. I tried self-debugging tips from LG website and it did not resolve my issue. It might be motor sensor issue.
